ABOUT THE FOUNDER, LEILANI

I started my coaching career when I was 15 working at basketball camps but my title as "coach" has taken different shapes throughout my life. I have led retreats, created and taught a number of courses, mentored interns & team members in different organizations. I thrive in problem solving, making connections between people and resources,  supporting people in becoming the superheroes of their lives, and creating community.

Over the last 10 years, I have experienced more life than most people experience in their lifetimes. In my career alone, people wait their whole careers to experience things I experienced in 5 years. People have called me crazy for simply taking a leap of faith... or jumping out of a plane, for playing with snakes in the middle of the African bush, moving to a new city where I knew no one, starting a business, traveling solo around Spain for a month, being an entrepreneur, going into the depths of the rainforest to sit with an indigenous tribe in ceremony, teaching 7 year-olds how to emcee an event, getting two large tattoos, traveling to Omaha or Colorado & Utah in the winter for March Madness, or helping open a new stadium for a professional sports team. This deep well of knowledge and experience plus my training as a yoga teacher, oracle reader, and healer allows me the resources to aid you in creating a life beyond your dreams.

My goal is to help you make a bigger impact than you ever thought possible  and discover the potentials possible in life. My type of “coaching” may have changed over the years but one thing remains constant: I am here to be of service in your transformation. Are you ready to soar?
