Boss Level Status

I have been feeling A LOT, fam, A LOT, and I know I’m not the only one.

Yesterday I got to hold space for some incredible humans dancing with life in a similar vibrato. The theme that thread through everyone’s check in answer was “change.”

On the way to the workshop, I had listened to a podcast snippet where @shawnmodel talked about change creating new neural pathways in the brain. As we practice affirming this change, affirming new skills or thought patterns, it’s going to take some growing pains to get to the other side of this transformation happening collectively & individually (because what happens at the collective, starts with the individual). Feelings of sadness, grief, uncomfortability (yeah, I made it up), resistance, anger, frustration are going to come up… and it is how we respond to those feelings that will move us through…

Can we be graceful with ourselves?

Can we remind ourselves that this is not forever?

Can we breathe and be with, hug, love on these challenging feelings?

Can we remember that we are not these feelings- we are feeling the feelings, but they are not us nor do they define us.

Our bodies are catching up with spirit. Many of us have some grand visions we are bringing/being into fruition and we have to somatically be capable to hold these visions in this reality. Is it uncomfortable? Absolutely. Is it necessary? Absolutely. And, it can be beautiful. There can be gratitude. You can still be in love through it… for love is infinite, even if the brain does not comprehend what’s happening in the heart.

You are not alone in these feels, in this upgrade. I am constantly reframing, checking into my heart space, asking what I need, BREATHING intentionally, allowing the space to just be with the feels. I have cried at least once every day over the last week or so. And that’s more than ok. Making space 💫

Boss levels of video games were always the most difficult part before getting to the next level of the game. We practice for this moment. We’re built for this moment, and we’re growing capacity for the next.

I see you. I hear you. I feel you. I love you. I am grateful to be of service. I am grateful to be on this journey with you.

What “I don’t know” Really Means

“I don’t know” usually means “there’s something here to be healed.” And this face is my “what’s here to be healed?” face 🧐 I witnessed this during a Kaboom Coaching call with one of my coaches, Zion
