What “I don’t know” Really Means

“I don’t know” usually means “there’s something here to be healed.”

And this face is my “what’s here to be healed?” face 🧐

I witnessed this during a Kaboom Coaching call with one of my coaches, Zion Kim, a couple weeks ago. Someone had responded to one of his questions with, “I don’t know.”

His response was that when the brain says “I don’t know” it’s a malfunction, a short circuit happening because growth can take place if we just remove the right layers, especially when we’re asking the question “why?”

It’s almost like the brain is trying to protect itself from going back to an old memory that may have caused pain before... but if we feel safe and the highest of intentions are to pull back those layers and discover what’s underneath that malfunction for healing - amazing growth and transcendence can take place.

So the next time you hear your brain say, “I don’t know” or you hear the words “I don’t know” come out of your mouth (or someone else’s) - explore that.

And if you need help exploring that and you’re finding yourself say “I don’t know” a lot these days, come talk to me. Let’s uncover those layers and quantum leap you forward into the life beyond your wildest dreams.... because guess what?

...

That dream life?

It’s possible...

If you can dream it, believe it, it can be.

Let me know if this resonates for you 🤟🏽
